The Rural and Northern Immigration Pilot (RNIP) is designed to attract skilled workers to smaller communities across Canada to help meet labor shortages. To be eligible, applicants must have a valid job offer from an employer in one of the participating rural or northern communities, as well as meet the language (usually CLB4 or higher) and education & work experience requirements.
